Describe your perfect day

Any day that I can spend on the North Shore of Lake Superior (which for me means anywhere from Schroeder to Grand Marais, Minnesota). I wake to the sound of the waves as they crash against the rocks. Drink coffee on the deck listening to that same music. After an afternoon hike in one of the state parks or on one of the peaks, I return to the cabin and enjoy a glass of wine on the deck with my husband while the waves serenade us.

What three words would your colleagues use to describe you?

Dedicated, knowledgeable and honest.

Who/what inspires you and your work?

Honestly, my clients inspire me. I love understanding their needs and goals, and then helping them craft content marketing strategies that enable their companies to elevate their brand awareness.

What has been your favorite MSPC project and why?

In the past year, I’ve completed three Catalyst projects for three different B2B clients. The Catalyst process is absolutely amazing. The content and digital teams at MSPC work together to review all aspects of a client’s content marketing. We recap those findings and make recommendations on where to direct their content marketing energy and dollars for the next 12 to 24 months. During the 10-week process, many aha moments occur. It’s always insightful and rewarding for clients and for our internal team.

What is most rewarding about your job; what makes it all worthwhile?

I learn something new everyday from someone, whether it’s a hard skill or a soft skill. MSPC has so many bright employees that help the company collectively aspire to greatness for our clients.
