MINNEAPOLIS (April 3, 2017) – MSP Communications is pleased to announce the hiring of Michael Norseng and Deborah Carver.
Michael Norseng—who recently joined MSP as the Associate Creative Director—is working closely on the design, photographic and video assets of Delta Sky magazine and Mpls.St.Paul Magazine. Prior to joining MSP, Norseng was the photo director at Esquire, a part of Hearst Magazines, where he worked for more than a decade on a multitude of video and photography-related projects. Prior to Esquire, Mike worked for GQ.
Deborah Carver is MSP’s Director of Digital Strategy. With a background in B2B publishing, analytics and SEO, Deborah delivers critical insight to MSP’s data-driven approach to client digital content projects. Deborah’s background includes creation of enterprise-level health care, wellness and B2B digital content strategies, overseeing everything from editorial and activation calendars to SEO analysis and implementations and performance reports.
“Our award-winning editorial, creative and digital teams know what it takes to make a brand’s messaging work smarter across all channels,” says Kevin Dunn, MSP’s VP and Digital Director. “Deborah and Michael personify the fusion of art and science within branded content. Their intuition and professional experience is combined with data-driven insight that allows us to refine and elevate overall content strategy and execution for our clients.”
Adds VP of Content Jayne Haugen Olson: “The true power of engagement comes in the packaging—smart content framed in a wink, a wow, a surprise or an elevated idea. Nothing impacts people more than content presented as editorial-based stories that penetrate their emotions, intellect, belief system or sense of purpose.”
