At the 2014 Folio Awards ceremony at the Yale Club in New York City, MSP Communications received one Eddie (editorial) and two Ozzie (design) gold awards—plus six honorable mentions, including one Ozzie for Best Overall Custom Publication—for editorial, design and social media excellence.

MSP Communications’ custom division (MSPC) accepted a Best Cover Design award for the March 2014 edition of Delta Sky, featuring Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz. In addition, MSP’s proprietary title Mpls.St.Paul Magazine received Best Feature Design for its November 2013 issue’s “Mix and Mingle,” and Best Use of Twitter for consumers.

The Folio Eddie & Ozzie Awards are the largest awards competition in magazine publishing, garnering more than 2,000 entries each year from esteemed publications around the world. It is the only competition to honor both editorial and design teams, and the only competition for all magazines: consumer, b-to-b, custom and association publications, including both print and digital media. Folio only gives gold awards and honorable mentions. To be honored with a Folio award is to illustrate the esteemed position held within the publishing industry.
